CP Homes is the website of Caleb Peh, a property salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (CEA Reg. No. R066219B). This policy explains how personal data given through this website is collected, used and protected under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

When you send the contact form or a viewing request: your name, your phone number or email, what you are looking to do, your message and, for a viewing, the home you asked about.

When you request a valuation: where the property is, its type, size, bedrooms and condition, when you are thinking of selling, and your name, email and phone number.

When you WhatsApp, call or email Caleb directly: the details you choose to share.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings, prepare the valuation you asked for and, if you instruct Caleb, act for you in buying or selling a home. We do not sell your personal data, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Parties to your transaction, such as the other side's agent, lawyers, banks and HDB, only as needed and on your instruction.

Our website providers: Ozen Digital, whose portal delivers form messages to Caleb, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. They handle the data only to provide those services.

Form messages are held in the Ozen portal inbox and may be processed on servers outside Singapore; we expect our providers to protect them to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law and Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) rules require, and then delete it.

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser keeps one note in its local storage that you have seen the cookie notice, so it is not shown again. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Listing videos (YouTube) and virtual tours (Matterport) load only when you press play; those services may then set their own cookies. Map links open Google Maps in a new tab.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Withdrawing consent may mean Caleb can no longer help with your enquiry. Contact Caleb using the details below and he will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
